I am an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer serving the Walla Walla Valley. I also teach Yoga, Tai Chi, Power Pump, and Indoor Group Cycle classes at my local YMCA. I have two kids ages 4 and 6 who keep me busy when I'm not working or working out. My favorite ways to move are yoga, strength training, and running. I love teaching group fitness classes and working one-on-one with clients to help them achieve their goals. I spend my free time traveling, reading, experimenting in the kitchen, getting my hands dirty in my garden, enjoying the outdoors on a trail or a snowy mountain side, or just hanging out with my family.
