In-Home Training

No matter what your goals are, hiring a personal trainer is a smart investment.  Whether you are training for a race, want to build muscle, or reduce body fat, I can design a program for you.

How does it work?

We will meet for your free initial consultation and discuss your current level of fitness and your goals.  At this meeting you will fill out a complete questionnaire.  This will include current level of activity, medical background, a food diary and a brief description of your goals.  I will also take your measurements for your complimentary body composition.  

Then using this information I will design a customized workout plan for you.  We will arrange a time for me to come to your home for our sessions where I will lead you through a safe and effective workout in line with your goals.

As you progress I will provide you with new workouts to keep things fresh and to continue to push your body through any plateaus so you will continue to see results.

Want to train with your friends or loved ones?

I also offer small-group personal training.  Groups are limited to 3-5 people, and cost is per person.  Participants must be 16 or older.

I don't live in Walla Walla! Am I out of luck?

No!  I service the following towns: Walla Walla, Milton-Freewater, Weston/Athena, Touchet, and Waitsburg.  Don't see your area listed?  No worries!  I also offer online personal training.
