Online Personal Training

Online personal training can be a great way to get the personalized attention and knowledge of a professional trainer without leaving the comfort of your home. 

How does it work?
First you will fill out a complete questionnaire.  This will include current measurements, medical background, a food diary and what your goals are.  


Unlike other online training websites, I will then design a customized workout plan for you and send it to you via email.  You will keep track of your workouts and send this information back to me weekly. 


All communication is done via email or Skype (to demonstrate exercises when necessary).  I check email frequently and am very quick to respond. 

Every 4-6 weeks I will provide you with a new workout to keep things fresh and to continue to push your body through any plateaus so you will continue to see results.
